Globant University is the area that trains Globant's employees, and Campus is its platform. Learning Match already existed inside Campus: a platform to follow each person's growth in the company, where you can see their skills and soft skills, take tutorials, and any Glober can offer courses on topics they're experts in, so knowledge is shared across the community. My job was to improve that experience, and also to design the new Campus with Learning Maps and the training catalog. Dentro de Campus ya existía Learning Match, una plataforma para seguir el proceso de cada persona en la compañía: ahí se ven sus skills y soft skills, se hacen tutoriales y cualquier glober puede ofrecer cursos sobre los temas en los que es experto, para que el conocimiento se comparta en la comunidad. Mi trabajo fue mejorar esa experiencia, y además diseñar el nuevo Campus con Learning Maps y el catálogo de trainings. Globant UniversityはGlobantの社員育成を担う部門で、Campusはそのプラットフォームです。Campusにはすでに「Learning Match」がありました。社内での各自の成長を追うためのもので、スキルやソフトスキルを確認でき、チュートリアルを受けられ、どのグローバーも得意分野の講座を提供して、コミュニティ全体で知識を共有できます。私の役割は、その体験を改善すること、そしてLearning Mapsとトレーニングカタログを備えた新しいCampusをデザインすることでした。

Profiles didn't mention mentoring, courses taught or soft skills. That was key for leaders: it shows what each person does proactively to grow, and they use it to assess quarterly performance or consider a raise.El perfil no mencionaba las mentorías, los cursos dictados ni las soft skills. Eso era clave para el líder: le muestra qué hace cada persona proactivamente para mejorar, y lo usa para evaluar el rendimiento de cada Q o considerar un aumento.プロフィールには、メンタリングや担当した講座、ソフトスキルが載っていませんでした。これはリーダーにとって重要な情報です。各自が成長のために主体的に何をしているかがわかり、四半期ごとの評価や昇給の検討に使われるからです。

I mapped how Globers felt using Learning Match, which was very new, and what it was missing (before, during and after). I turned the ideas into wireframes: the matches list and a public profile with 1:1 session booking, reviews and awards for the number of mentoring sessions. Before, it wasn't clear how to move forward inside Learning Match. With screen flows we improved the flow and the way the story unfolds, step by step, and added components for better communication between Globers and mentors.Antes no era claro cómo avanzar dentro de Learning Match. Con los screen flows mejoramos el flujo y la forma en que se cuenta la historia, paso a paso, y añadimos componentes para una mejor comunicación entre globers y mentores.以前は、Learning Matchの中でどう進めばよいかがわかりにくい状態でした。スクリーンフローで流れとストーリーの伝え方を一歩ずつ改善し、グローバーとメンターのコミュニケーションを助けるコンポーネントを追加しました。

A Discover page with search by position, skill or technology, split into who you can teach and who you can learn from. Each card lets you create a session, add someone to your network (with pending and added states) or send a message. Plus training recommendations and a feedback form to rate every learning experience.Un Discover con búsqueda por posición, skill o tecnología, que separa a quién puedes enseñarle y de quién puedes aprender. Cada card permite crear una sesión, sumar a tu red (con estados de pendiente y ya agregado) o enviar un mensaje. Además, recomendaciones de trainings y un formulario de feedback para calificar cada experiencia de aprendizaje.ポジション、スキル、技術で検索でき、「教えられる相手」と「学べる相手」に分かれたDiscoverページ。各カードからセッションの作成、ネットワークへの追加(申請中・追加済みの状態つき)、メッセージ送信ができます。さらに、トレーニングのおすすめと、学習体験ごとに評価できるフィードバックフォームも用意しました。

A Campus built around what each Glober wants to learn, with two main pieces: Learning Maps, to discover what to learn based on your area, and Learning Match, to learn from other Globers, teach what you know and make your growth visible on your profile. Un Campus pensado alrededor de lo que cada glober quiere aprender, con dos piezas principales: Learning Maps, para descubrir qué aprender según tu área, y Learning Match, para aprender de otros globers, enseñar lo que sabes y que tu crecimiento quede visible en tu perfil. 各グローバーが学びたいことを中心に設計したCampus。柱は2つです。自分の分野に合わせて学ぶ内容を見つけるLearning Mapsと、他のグローバーから学び、自分の知識を教え、成長をプロフィールに見える形で残せるLearning Matchです。
